Meet Scott

Scott is a Nebraska native, graduating from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a finance degree in 1995 and the University of Nebraska College of Law in 1999. Scott carried on his family’s legacy, by becoming the fifth generation in his family to obtain both of these degrees. Following law school graduation, Scott clerked for the Honorable John F. Wright on the Nebraska Supreme Court, and then spent several years working on behalf of insurance companies on injury related cases. Since joining the firm in 2004, Scott has worked exclusively on behalf of injured clients who are injured in all types of accidents and work-related events. As a personal injury attorney, Scott fights for the rights of his clients by seeking maximum compensation in a variety of serious situations, including automobile accidents, wrongful death, slip and fall accidents, workers’ compensation and medical malpractice. Since joining the firm, Scott has recovered over $12.8 million for his clients.

Scott also serves on the house corporation board for the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He also enjoys spending time with his family, attending his kid's sporting events, and traveling.
