Meet Scott
Scott is a Nebraska native who graduated from Elkhorn High School in 1991. He went on to the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where he graduated with a finance degree in 1995 and earned his law degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 1999. Scott carried on his family’s legacy, by becoming the fifth generation in his family to obtain both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
Following law school graduation, Scott clerked for the Honorable John F. Wright at the Nebraska Supreme Court. Since joining the firm in 2004, Scott has worked exclusively on behalf of injured clients who are injured in all types of accidents and work-related events. As a personal injury attorney, Scott fights for the rights of his clients by seeking maximum compensation in a variety of serious situations, including automobile accidents, wrongful death, slip and fall accidents, workers’ compensation and medical malpractice. Since joining the firm, Scott has recovered over $15.2 million for his clients.
Scott serves on the house corporation board for the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Scott and his wife, Val, enjoy golfing, traveling, and spending time with their children, as well as attending Husker sporting events and cheering on the Big Red!
