Meet Nick

Nick is a Falls City, Nebraska native and is a graduate of the University of Kansas and the University of Nebraska College of Law. Since graduating law school in 2004, Nick’s practice has focused primarily on divorce, paternity, child custody and civil litigation and has successfully guided over 1000 Nebraskans navigating the divorce and child custody process. Nick’s focus is primarily on complex divorces involving contentious child custody disputes and complicated assets divisions and civil litigation including personal injury, contract disputes and construction defect cases.

In 2012, Nick became a licensed mediator and is a Nebraska Supreme Court approved domestic mediator. Nick works as a civil and domestic mediator helping adverse parties resolve their differences without the cost and expense of litigation in civil and family law related matters. Nick enjoys spending time with his wife, two kids and their three dogs, is a member and board member at St. Joe’s Catholic Church and avid youth sports coach and leader serving as the coach of the Locos 09 softball team and president of the Lincoln Blackhawks Youth Baseball Program.
